AS ALL STICKERS ARE CUSTOM-MADE OR PRODUCED TO ORDER, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THAT SAID, IF YOUR ORDER HASN’T YET BEEN PROCESSED, WE CAN CANCEL IT AND ISSUE A REFUND WITH A $2 CANCELLATION FEE TO OFFSET OUR EXPENSES, OR WE CAN PROVIDE A STORE CREDIT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT WITH NO FEE.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
UP TO $100 OF INSURANCE IS INCLUDED FOR FREE. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEPTION AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, INCLUDE CLEAR IMAGES OF THE PACKAGING AND PRODUCT SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE.

IT'S THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO MAKE SURE THEY ENTER THE SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTLY. IF YOU MADE A SHIPPING ADDRESS ERROR, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED, WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS. THE ONLY THING WE CAN DO IS WAIT TO SEE IF THE PACKAGE GETS RETURNED BACK TO US. IF YOUR ORDER GET'S RETURNED BACK TO US, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A $4 RE-SHIPPING FEE. WE CAN THEN FORWARD IT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS.
